When we started Generations Escrow in 2015, we wanted to create something different – a truly independent escrow company where knowledgeable professionals are trusted to do what they do best, relationships matter, and people genuinely care about the clients and communities we serve.

Those principles still guide us today.  Escrow is our only business.  Generations was built on more than four decades of escrow experience, and our Home Office team is made up of people who have lived and worked in this business and understand what it takes to deliver an exceptional escrow experience.  We bring that perspective to every decision we make.

We know what’s at stake in this work.  Behind every closing are people making important decisions about their homes, their businesses, and their futures.  We believe the best way to provide exceptional service to our clients is to provide exceptional support to the people serving them.

We’ve built a team around our escrow officers, providing the expertise, technology, security, and resources they need to focus on what matters most – the people and businesses they serve. Behind them are experienced people working together, sharing knowledge, anticipating needs, solving problems, and creating the foundation for the level of service Generations is known for.

Escrow may be transactional by nature, but we’ve never believed our relationships should be. Genuine care is at the heart of how we do business.  We believe in being there when our clients need us, and building relationships that continue long after an escrow closes.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together.  But what matters most isn’t simply how far we’ve come; it’s the trust people place in us every day.  That trust is earned through every interaction, and it is something we never take for granted.

As we look ahead, our commitment is simple:  stay true to who we are, continue to get better, and keep investing in the people, relationships, and ideas that will help Generations Escrow grow for years to come.
