Kelly Newman serves as Executive Vice President of Generations Escrow, where he oversees the company’s financial, operational, and technology initiatives, helping drive strategic growth and operational excellence throughout the organization. With more than 20 years of experience in the escrow industry, Kelly brings a unique blend of hands-on escrow expertise and executive leadership to his role.

Before being named Executive Vice President, Kelly spent two decades as an Escrow Officer, building extensive knowledge of the escrow process and the evolving needs of clients, real estate professionals, and business partners. Throughout his career, he has successfully led revenue growth initiatives, implemented operational improvements, introduced new business strategies, spearheaded technology and software rollouts, and elevated the client experience.

Kelly has been a key member of the Generations Escrow team for more than nine years and previously spent seven years with Heritage Escrow. His deep industry knowledge, combined with a degree in Accounting, provides valuable insight into both the financial and operational aspects of the business.

As a leader, Kelly believes in empowering others to reach their full potential. He fosters a collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, take ownership of their success, and grow into leaders themselves. Recognizing that no single person has all the answers, he values diverse perspectives and believes the strongest solutions come from listening, learning, and working together.
